By using the Indom Cloud resume service, you enter into a binding legal contract with Indom, operated by an individual based in India. Please read these terms carefully.
Indom Cloud grants registered individual candidates a restricted, non-transferable, revocable license to execute resume parsing and optimization via its AI inference system (powered by OpenCode Zen, NVIDIA NIM, Google AI Studio, and OpenRouter). As data fiduciary, Indom processes personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as described in our Privacy Policy. You are prohibited from automating requests to harvest model weights, scraping layout templates, or launching concurrent threads that degrade performance metrics.
You purchase credits for use on the platform. Credits are non-transferable. Indom guarantees that purchased, unused credits do not expire or lose value over time. Credits used to generate or analyze a resume are considered fully consumed once results are delivered.
Uploaded CV data is processed temporarily in memory and permanently destroyed once your PDF is generated. No raw CV data is retained, stored, or recoverable after generation completes. Once generation finishes, the workspace locks the CV and job description fields to ensure one credit = one job application. Up to 2 free regenerations are available within the locked workspace for the same CV and job description. Archived sessions are view-only snapshots for review and re-download; regeneration is not available from the archive.
You certify that all career parameters, educational profiles, and credential structures uploaded to our workspace are accurate representations of your personal career history. Indom rejects liability for misrepresentations or inaccuracies outputted by the tailoring model due to invalid user uploads.
Indom retains absolute administrative authority to lock, deactivate, or purge profiles suspected of security breach, reverse-engineering attempts, or fraudulent activities. Restoring deauthorized credentials requires formal review via our Help Desk portal.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
