2. AI Hallucination & Accuracy Waiver

Generative AI systems might occasionally propose experience adjustments, project names, or vocabulary alignments that deviate from precise factual records. Users MUST manually review, verify, and approve every sentence inside their output workspace before exporting and applying for official job positions.

Indom takes reasonable steps to prevent AI output that is biased, unlawful, or deceptive, and relies on your final review before any document is exported or submitted.

3. ATS Compatibility Variations

Different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) use varying parsing models, layout weights, and text extraction logic. While Indom designs layouts prioritizing standard machine-readable nodes, we reject any warranty or liability should an employer's specialized proprietary ATS fail to index your compiled PDF accurately.

4. Match Score Is an Estimate

The Match Score, Alignment Rating, and semantic scores shown in the workspace are estimates produced by our analysis pipeline to guide your review. They are not scores issued by any employer's Applicant Tracking System, and they are not a verified prediction of ranking, screening, interview, or hiring outcomes. Treat them as directional feedback and rely on your own review before applying.
